Founded in 2008 on a call.
New Season Christian Church was born in Portland, Oregon in 2008, in response to God's call upon our Bishop to shepherd people who were spiritually scattered and without strong biblical leadership.
The Lord gave the foundational vision through 1 Samuel 22:2 - where those in distress, in debt, and discontented gathered to David, and he became their leader. Those who arrived broken, discouraged, rejected, and without direction did not remain the same. They were transformed into mighty men who fulfilled God's purpose.
Likewise, New Season exists to be a place of restoration, transformation, and purpose. Whoever you are, wherever you've been - there is room at this table, and God is not finished with your story.
Ordinary people. Extraordinary calling.
To gather people from every walk of life who are spiritually hungry, broken, discouraged, or searching for hope - and, through the power of Jesus Christ, to lead them into what God has for them.

Where the world writes people off, we believe God rebuilds. There is no broken thing He cannot restore.

We teach the Bible plainly - not softened, not sensationalized. The Word as it stands, applied to real life.

Growing up in Christ. Becoming people who look, sound, and love like Him.

We believe every person has divine purpose. Just as God transformed David's four hundred men into mighty warriors, He still transforms ordinary people into extraordinary servants of His Kingdom.
